Which Italian university is cheapest for Bangladeshi students?
The lowest fees on this page are about €156 a year at the Universities of Turin, Messina and Palermo and at Naples Federico II, then €161 at Politecnico di Torino. Bangladesh is on Italy's list of particularly poor countries, so many public universities charge only the regional tax and stamp duty. Use the "Under €500" filter to see all of them.
Do Italian universities accept Bangladeshi students without IELTS?
Some universities accept another English certificate or a Medium of Instruction letter for admission. The student visa is different: the Embassy of Italy in Dhaka asks for IELTS 6.0 from the last 2 years, so plan for IELTS either way.
When do Italian universities open applications for 2027–28?
Most publish their 2027–28 calls between late 2026 and early 2027. In the last cycle, the University of Turin took Master's applications from 25 November 2025 to 29 January 2026, Siena closed on 6 May 2026 for visa applicants, and Sapienza closed on 16 June 2026. Each card shows the last cycle's window until the new dates are out.
What is the difference between a polytechnic and a university in Italy?
A politecnico focuses on engineering, architecture and design, like Politecnico di Milano, Politecnico di Torino and Politecnico di Bari. A university offers a wider range of subjects. Both are public and charge the same kind of reduced fees; Bocconi is the only private university on this page.
Can I get a scholarship at these universities?
Yes. Each region runs a need-based DSU scholarship that can pay a yearly grant and waive tuition. The body is named on every card, for example ER.GO in Bologna, DiSCo Lazio in Rome and ADISU Puglia in Bari.
Is Sunrise Study Abroad an authorised partner of these universities?
Every university on this page is one Sunrise Study Abroad works with. Where we hold an official partner or authorisation letter, the card shows an "Authorised partner" badge with a link to the certificate.
